It’s been a while since I have updated this website. Admittedly, I have been heavily focused on Facebook and social media, but also, it’s been a busy time since “When He Was Gone” was published in August 2024. There have been lots of book events, open houses, book club talks and even a TV interview. The response to the book has been awesome, with so much great feedback from local readers and others across the country.
But, besides being busy with all the excitement of getting “When He Was Gone” into readers’ hands, before it was even in print, I was already researching and working on the next one. I am happy and excited to say that my new novel, “The Secret Memory,” is complete, and has already been proofed and copyedited. Because I think it is an even better and more marketable book than the first one, I am hoping to find a bigger publisher for it. The small, independent publisher for the first one was awesome, but I am going to try to go bigger.
